Lorenzo Ramos Charles Kinsey a mental health therapist was shot by Florida police in northern Miami while trying to retrieve an autistic patient who had wandered away from his group home. Police were responding to the call of a suicidal man in the area. What they had found was Kinsey on his back with his hands up trying to console and calm his patient.

On Saturday, in Columbus Ohio officer Zachary Rosen was caught on tape kicking a handcuffed man DeMarco Anderson  in the head even though he was laying on the ground, back facing the sky .In the video DeMarco Anderson can be heard saying “Are you serious?” “I got cuffs on sir, Are you serious.”

Yet in recent times due to cellphone footage many officers have been exposed and often times only after the death of another human-being, cellphone footage questions the belief that police are always right and rightly so when video footage combats a police report or charges against a civilian/suspect...
